Apex Environmental Engineering & Compliance, Inc. (Apex) was established to provide a wide range of environmental, health, safety, construction, waste management and engineering consulting services in the United States and internationally. Apex is a 8(a) graduated/certified and a Small Disadvantaged Business Enterprise business with the United States Small Business Administration.

The firm was incorporated in the State of Florida in 1997 and has three principles: Mr. Rod Vargas, Mr. Dennis Theoret and Mr. Chris Parent.

Apex supports clients in the manufacturing, government and service sectors throughout the southeast United States, Central and South America. Distribution of clients within our portfolio:

• 60% industrial/commercial/services
• 40% Federal/State/County agencies
